Terms and Conditions

As with all our dealings, our Terms and Conditions are simple.
We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, for any of the following reasons:
• authorisation of your payment failed
• we made a pricing or product description error
• we don’t deliver to your address
If there are any problems with an order one of our Customer Service advisors will contact you personally.


If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone 0333 567 0344.  As orders are normally processed immediately after they’ve been placed we may not be able to stop the order from being delivered. If this happens, we’ll let you know how to return the goods when you contact us to cancel.


All orders over £50.00 excluding VAT qualify for free delivery to mainland UK addresses. Our delivery charge for smaller orders is £5.00 + VAT.
Orders received before 1:00 pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day and will normally be delivered by FedEx the next working day (any time before 6 pm).

If items are out of stock we’ll contact you to advise an anticipated dispatch date.

If your parcel doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery time period, please contact us.

Our standard delivery service covers mainland United Kingdom only.  For delivery addresses outside this area, please contact us.
* Not all areas can receive next day delivery. Due to their location, the following postcodes may receive delivery in 2 working days. AB, BT, DD3-11, DG3-14, DG16, TD9, EH35-40, EH42-46, FK14, FK20-21, G83-84, KA6, KA18-19, KA26, KY9-10, KY14-16, ML11-12, PH3-16, TD1-8, TD10-14. Addresses outside mainland UK, or non-stock items, will take longer to be delivered.


If for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your purchase(s) please tell us as soon as possible so that we can put it right.
If you change your mind, under the Consumer Contracts regulations you have a right to a full refund up to 14 days after receiving your goods. If this is the case please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. Unless the goods are faulty you are responsible for returning the goods unused and in resalable condition at your own cost.
All of our batteries and chargers carry a 12 months no-quibble warranty.  If the goods are faulty please let us know as soon as possible so that we may arrange a refund (up to 30 days after purchase) or replacement.
