If for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your purchase please tell us as soon as possible so that we can put it right. Our returns policy is very simple. Under the Consumer Contracts regulations, if you decide you don’t want the goods after all for any reason you have a right to a full refund up to 14 days after receiving your goods. If this is the case please contact us as soon as possible by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0333 567 0344 to let us know.
If the goods are faulty please let us know as soon as possible so that we may arrange a refund (up to 30 days after purchase) or replacement. All of our batteries and chargers carry a 12 months’ no-quibble warranty.
Unless the goods are faulty you are responsible for returning the goods unused and in resalable condition at your own cost. Please do not return goods without contacting us first.
